Banner Center Website Additions and Updates

08-Nov-2010 Some of the major changes have been the inclusion of expanded information on Career Academies and Scholarships & Grants:

• The Banner Center has been actively involved in the Career Academy movement and we are excited about the activity taking place in this area. There are currently over 250 students participating in Career Academies at Columbia High School, First Coast High School, Nathan B. Forrest High School, Ponte Vedra High School, and Robert E. • We have also updated our website to include links to resources for participants seeking funding assistance to upgrade their skills so that they are ready to meet the needs of the logistics industry. To learn more, please visit on our Scholarships & Grants page.
• We are excited about our new name, Employ Florida Banner Center for Global Logistics, as it more closely reflects our expanded mission.
