Advisory Council Meeting on Oct. 1 in Lake City

13-Sep-2010 The next Advisory Council meeting of the Employ Florida Banner Center for Global Logistics will be held on Friday, October 1, 2010, from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM at the Florida Department of Transportation District 2 office, in the Madison Room located on Marion Avenue in Lake City (near I-75 and I-10). We will have a presentation by the FDOT on the Florida Transportation Plan 2060, a brief Banner Center update, and then break out into our Roundtable Sessions. These sessions provide us with industry guidance which supports future planning for the Banner Center and members have reported that they enjoy the interaction of working in small groups. The Roundtable Sessions make a strong impact on Florida’s education and workforce development system.

Summary Notes from this session will be provided to all partner agencies and delivered to the pertinent committees of Florida’s House and Senate.
